Learn about our Service Changes to enjoy a great stay!


We are looking forward to having you stay with us, but we ask that you continue to self-monitor for Covid-19 Symptoms.  If you are feeling unwell, please stay home and get the necessary medical care.



You will notice transparent barriers are at the Front Desk and staff will be wearing masks.  Guests are asked to social distance as much as possible while in common areas of the hotel.



Breakfast may look a little different depending on which hotel you visit. Refer to the 'What's Open' page or contact the hotel directly for detailed information.



The fitness centre will remain open, with controls in place. We are required to have capacity restrictions; therefore a 30-minute time limit will be enforced to ensure equal opportunity for registered guests only.

We ask that you book a time slot at the Front Desk upon arrival at the hotel to visit these areas of the hotel.



Proof of vaccine will be required to use the pool, fitness room and meeting room at Days Inn Calgary Airport and Days Inn Calgary North Balzac.


We will ask for Photo ID and Proof of Vaccine before allowing guests to access these amenities. More information about vaccine passport requirements can be found at



We continue to place a high importance on our cleaning process. All areas of the room, including high touch surfaces will be cleaned with hospital grade cleaner.



As of September 17th, 2021, the Government has implemented a policy that requires all individuals to wear a face covering in indoor public spaces.  We kindly ask that you wear a face covering when in common areas of the hotel (lobby, hallway, elevator etc.).  You are not required to wear a mask if you are in your guest room.

We have made some changes to our Housekeeping Service to allow for minimal contact and less disruption throughout your stay. 


Staying less than 3 days - If you would like housekeeping service or require additional supplies please contact the Front Desk.


Staying more than 3 days- Your room will be serviced every 3 days.  If you would like additional service or supplies, please contact the Front Desk.
